We use aggregate traffic and inquiry actions to improve the website, but never send names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry contents or uploaded files to analytics.

Analytics services we use

Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate page views, referring sites, country or region, device type, browser and operating system. It operates as a privacy-first service without visitor analytics cookies and does not collect inquiry form contents.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loads only after a visitor actively chooses Allow analytics. GA4 can measure page views, entry sources, campaign UTM values, device category, form starts, successful inquiries, and the use of phone, email and LINE QR Code contact links.

Data intentionally excluded from analytics

Name and company or brand name.
Phone number and email address.
Product dimensions, quantity, material, printing, schedule and other inquiry details.
Uploaded product photos and file names.

GA4 events use only fixed categories such as paper carton, blister tray, flexible packaging and successful inquiry. They do not contain the visitor's original form text.

Cookies and retention

After consent, Google may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga. This website configures a maximum cookie duration of approximately 13 months. Advertising storage, ad personalization, Google Signals and remarketing remain disabled.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use visitor analytics cookies. Local browser storage remembers the analytics choice. After consent, session storage may temporarily retain the first landing path, external referrer host and UTM values so they can be included in the inquiry email received by Lung-Lin.

Your choice

On the first visit, choose Necessary only or Allow analytics. The Analytics settings control in every page footer lets you change the choice later. Withdrawing consent stops GA4 measurement and clears accessible GA analytics cookies.

Inquiry and contact information

Online inquiry details are routed to the relevant Lung-Lin contact for evaluation and reply. The inquiry email includes the company website, first landing page, submission page, external referrer host, UTM values, site language and coarse device category to help measure website effectiveness.
